To check your order, open the order-status link in your order confirmation email, if one was included. If your parcel has tracking information, it may also appear on your order-status page or in a shipping email.

Tracking details become available after they are added to a dispatched order. If you cannot find an update or need help, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
